Warranty Policy
Our warranty service provides fast and reliable solutions through our authorized local suppliers.
Conditions
1. Warranty is valid only within the supplier’s official terms.
2. The warranty period is as mentioned on the invoice.
3. Physical damages (corrosion, burns, cracks) void the warranty.
4. Proof of purchase (invoice) is mandatory.
5. Warranty covers manufacturer defects only — not damages due to negligence, misuse, improper operation, power fluctuation, lightning, other natural disasters, sabotage or accident.
6. Software issues or data loss during service are not covered.
7. Laptop batteries and chargers carry 1-year warranty.
8. Warranty duration notation:
- 01M = 1 Month = 30 Days
- 03M = 3 Months = 90 Days
- 06M = 6 Months = 180 Days
- 01Y = 1 Year = 350 Days
- 02Y = 2 Years = 700 Days
- 03Y = 3 Years = 1050 Days
- 05Y = 5 Years = 1750 days
- NW = No Warranty
Return & Exchange Policy
At Sell-X Computers (Pvt) Ltd, we are committed to ensuring that every customer receives products that meet our quality standards and expectations. Our return and exchange process is designed to be transparent, fair, and simple.
Eligibility Period
1. Products can be returned or exchanged within 2 days of delivery only if they are:
- Found to be defective
- Or not as described on the website or invoice
2. The 2-day window starts from the date of delivery as confirmed by the courier or branch handover record.
Checking Your Product Upon Delivery
1. Before accepting your package from the courier or delivery agent, please inspect the outer packaging for any visible damage (such as dents, tears, or water exposure).
2. If the packaging appears damaged, you are strongly advised to open and inspect the product before signing the delivery confirmation.
3. Once the delivery is accepted, Sell-X cannot take responsibility for physical damage caused during transportation unless reported immediately upon delivery.
Return & Exchange Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:
1. The product must be in its original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
2. The invoice or proof of purchase must be presented at the time of return.
3. Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or incorrect items sent by mistake.
4. Products showing signs of misuse, tampering, or physical damage (scratches, cracks, burns, corrosion, etc.) will not be eligible for return.
5. Software products, opened accessories, or consumables (e.g., ink cartridges, software licenses) are non-returnable unless proven defective upon installation.
Replacement Process
1. If a product is confirmed to be defective upon inspection by Sell-X or the manufacturer:
- A replacement will be arranged for the same model and specifications.
- Replacement items will be dispatched within 3–5 working days, depending on stock availability.
2. If the same product model is no longer available, you may choose to:
- Select a different product of equal or higher value (paying the difference if applicable), or
- Receive a store credit equal to the purchase amount, redeemable on future purchases.
Refunds
1. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and verified by our technical team.
2. The refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
3. Depending on your bank or payment gateway’s processing times, refunds may take additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
4. For bank transfers or deposits, please share your bank details with our support team to expedite the process.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

2. Provide your invoice number, product name, and reason for return.
3. Our customer service representative will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) reference if eligible.
4. Ship or hand over the product to the nearest Sell-X branch for inspection.

Customer Responsibilities
1. Customers must ensure the product is securely packed before returning to avoid further damage.
2. For courier returns, please include all original materials (box, cables, manuals, etc.).
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a verified defect or shipping error by Sell-X.
Pre-Orders
When a product is not available locally:
1. A minimum 50% advance payment is required.
2. Advance payments are non-refundable once an order is placed.
3. We will source your item from our global partners and update you on the estimated delivery.
