1. Sell-X Computers (Pvt) Ltd operates both online and physical branches in Sri Lanka
2. The website www.sellx.lk serves as an e-commerce platform for purchasing laptops, accessories, desktop PCs, peripherals, and other electronic items.
3. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the website, including customers, vendors, and visitors.

2. Product Information
1. Sell-X aims to ensure all product listings, specifications, and images are accurate and up-to-date.
2. However, minor variations may occur due to model updates, manufacturing changes, or supplier updates.
3. If a product significantly differs from its description, you are eligible to return it unused within 2 days of delivery, following our Return Policy.
4. All items are tested or verified before dispatch, but defects may occasionally occur. In such cases, replacements will be provided as per our Warranty Policy.
5. If a product’s external packaging is damaged, customers must inspect the product before signing the delivery confirmation slip.

3. Pricing and Offers
1. All prices displayed on www.sellx.lk are final, inclusive of applicable local taxes (unless stated otherwise).
2. Free delivery applies for orders above LKR 100,000.
3. For orders below LKR 100,000, a standard delivery charge will apply based on your location.
4. Prices and promotions may change without prior notice due to supplier price changes, currency fluctuations, or stock clearance.
5. Negotiation: Customers may contact Sell-X representatives via phone, WhatsApp, or email for bulk or business purchases. However, prices for online retail orders are usually fixed.
6. If a pricing error occurs on the website, Sell-X reserves the right to cancel or correct the order before dispatch, after notifying the customer.

4. Accounts, Security & Responsibilities
1. To make purchases, users may create an account on www.sellx.lk.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details (email and password).
3. Any activity carried out through your account will be considered your responsibility.
4. Sell-X reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Are involved in fraudulent activities,
• Violate terms of use, or
• Display suspicious or unauthorized behavior.

• The product is out of stock.
• There is a pricing or listing error.
• Payment verification fails.
• The shipping address is incomplete or unreachable.
