Delivery Terms

1. Full payment is required before dispatch.
2. Delivery charges are free for orders above LKR 100,000.
3. Delivery for smaller orders will include courier fees.
4. Deliveries are managed through a dedicated third-party courier service.
5. We aim to deliver within 2–4 business days depending on location.
6. Customers will receive tracking details via WhatsApp or email.
7. Sell-X is not liable for courier delays caused by weather, strikes, or regional restrictions.
